HUSKEY LUBE “O” SEAL VALVE LUBRICANT GRADE is a totally synthetic, waterproof and chemical resistant lubricant containing PTFE that produces a tough durable film between the valve plug and body surfaces to seal, lubricate and reduce operating torque. HUSKEY LUBE “O” SEAL VALVE LUBRICANT GRADE is also NSF/U.S.D.A. H-1 *Registered which gives a full acceptability in areas where incidental food contact may occur.

Usage

HUSKEY LUBE “O” SEAL VALVE LUBRICANT GRADE is available in both stick and bulk form and can be used in most lubricated plug, gate, and ball valves. Applications include valves used in food packaging, drinking water, waste water and sewage treatment plants. The bulk form is excellent for lubrication of valve operators, gears. bearings, stems, threaded connections, etc.

HUSKEY HVS-100 SILICONE GREASE is a non-hardening and non-carbonizing silicone lubricant with excellent dielectric properties plus both physical and thermal stability. HUSKEY HVS-100 SILICONE GREASE is insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, dilute acids and caustics, vegetable and mineral oils, glycol and glycerine. A NSF/U.S.D.A. H-1 Registered approval permits use of HUSKEY HVS-100 SILICONE GREASE in applications where there may be incidental food contact or four use in potable water systems.

Description

HUSKEY 220-R SILICONE GREASE represents the latest technology in lubrication. It is formulated from pure silicone base oils and selectively treated with rust, oxidation and anti-wear additives coupled with a shear stable thickener to provide maximum parts protection in a wide range of temperatures from -50°F to 570°F (-45°C to 298.8°C) HUSKEY 220-R SILICONE GREASE primary properties are that it is non-melting, has a high dielectric strength, low volatility and is insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, dilute acids, caustics, glycol, glycerine, vegetable and mineral oils.

HUSKEY 220-R SILICONE GREASE is designed to be compatible with most plastics and rubbers, especially ethylene propylene terpolymer (EPDM, EPT) commonly used in Disc Brake Caliper systems.

HUSKEY 220-R SILICONE GREASE is also NSF/U.S.D.A. H-1 *Registered and KOSHER approved, which gives it full acceptability for use in ALL areas where incidental food or potable water contact may occur.
