HUSKEY No. 3 VALVE LUBRICANT is a totally synthetic valve lubricant and sealant that contains no graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or other fillers. The broad temperature range and multi-service applications have found wide acceptance in the petrochemical industry.

Description

HUSKEY No.2 H.D. is a highly versatile valve sealant and lubricant that contains a balanced blend of fine to coarse PTFE particles suspended in a special synthetic lubricating carrier. HUSKEY No.2 H.D. is resistant to a large variety of line products such as water, crude or heating oils, fuels, dilute acids, steam, dilute caustics, petroleum solvents, butane, propane, L.P.G. odor ants, etc.

Usage

HUSKEY No.2 H.D. is designed for use on ball or plug valves that are leaking due to wear or scoring. It is excellent as a thread sealant for standard pipe or coarse threads, packing for stuffing boxes, and a supplementary sealant for valve stems.

HUSKEY No.2 H.D. is pumpable with a valve lubricant high pressure (10,000 psi) gun** such as the HUSKEY 1010 Hand Gun or the HUSKEY 1699 Hydraulic Hand Gun.

**Caution: Due to the multiple particle sizes of PTFE do not pump with air operated equipment. Not Recommended for Oxygen service.
