HUSKEY OPEN GEAR GREASE is a heavy-duty, highly tenacious, semi-synthetic open gear lubricant containing a balanced blend of molybdenum disulfide (moly) and graphite, incorporated in a non-asphaltic, non-melt base grease that contains no clay fillers. Treated with the most modern additives to provide lasting protection against extreme pressure, wear, rust, and oxidation on gear faces and sliding surfaces operating in temperatures from -5°F to 425°F.

Advantages

• PLATING ACTION is established between metal surfaces by the lubricating solids that develop a smoother surface. Working lives of both the parts and the grease are substantially increased.
• CONTACT LUBRICATION with the lubricating solids prevents grease film failure due to unexpected loads, start-up or other conditions which may exceed the load capabilities of the bulk film lubrication. Contact lubrication protects the working surfaces from excessive wear caused by cold welding.
• REDUCED WEAR and increased parts life are results of the protection provided by the lubricating solids.
• COST REDUCTION is accomplished by increased parts life, less downtime and extended lubricating cycles.
• FRICTION IS LOWERED, reducing contact area temperature, resulting in increased life of both equipment and lubricant.

Typical applications of HUSKEY OPEN GEAR GREASE include all open gears, sliding surfaces, gibs, guides and ways, forging hammers, kilns, and is an excellent cable dressing.

HUSKEY LUBE-O-SEAL is a versatile, pure synthetic, completely waterproof grease containing PTFE. It is formulated to seal out water and lubricate under the most adverse conditions.   HUSKEY LUBE-O-SEAL with its highly adhesive qualities and high load-carrying characteristics forms a tough durable film of lubrication that prevents metal-to-metal contact even under severe shock loads.  HUSKEY LUBE-O-SEAL is also NSF/U.S.D.A. Usage

HUSKEY LUBE-O-SEAL with its waterproof and chemical resistant capabilities is an excellent lubricant on all sliding surfaces, gears and slow to moderate speed bearings (about 1000 RPM maximum) operating in WET or DRY conditions from 20°F to 350°F. Due to its pure synthetic base, coupled with the addition of sub-micron size PTFE, HUSKEY LUBE-O-SEAL is an excellent choice for applications in many Industries, which requires a clean, tenacious, anti-wear grease.
